Order Process

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of incomplete or incorrect information, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. In such cases, you will be informed as soon as possible and a full refund provided if payment has been made.

Product Availability & Substitution

All products are subject to availability. As flowers are a seasonal and perishable product, there may be occasions where specific blooms or containers are unavailable. In such cases, we reserve the right to substitute items with alternatives of equal or greater value and similar appearance or style, maintaining the overall theme of the arrangement. Wherever possible, we will attempt to contact you about significant substitutions.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are stated in GBP (£) and include value added tax (VAT) if applicable. Prices may change from time to time but changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid. Prices for delivery, where applicable, will be stated separately and added to your total during checkout.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards, and may offer other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Your payment details are processed securely via our payment gateway provider. We do not store your card details.

Orders will only be processed following successful payment authorisation. If your payment is declined, your order will not be accepted.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses within Uxbridge and its surrounding areas as stipulated on our website. Upon entering the delivery address, our system will confirm if delivery is available. Standard delivery hours are between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday. We do not guarantee specific delivery times unless stated; requests for time-specific deliveries may be accommodated at our discretion.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery details, including postcode, property number/name, and any additional information to aid our driver. If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, we may attempt to leave the order with a neighbour, at a secure location on the premises, or return it to our shop for redelivery at an additional charge.

We cannot be held liable for deliveries that are delayed or not completed due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by you, or if there is no safe place to leave the delivery.

Cancellations & Amendments

You may cancel or amend your order by contacting us as soon as possible. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. After this time (within 24 hours), we may already have begun preparing your arrangement, in which case cancellation may not be possible, or a partial refund offered at our discretion. Amendments such as changes to recipient details, messages, or delivery dates/time must also be requested at least 24 hours before delivery.

Bespoke or special orders may not be eligible for cancellation or refunds once preparation has begun.

Returns, Refunds & Queries

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, providing the order number and details of your concern. As flowers are perishable, we may request photographic evidence to assess the issue. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund. Refund decisions are at our discretion and in accordance with your statutory rights.

We are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind due to the perishable nature of our products, unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that any recipient is available to receive the delivery, and for providing accurate and complete address and contact information. You agree not to use our service for unlawful or prohibited purposes, or to provide information that is false, misleading, or incomplete.

Messages supplied by you to accompany your bouquet or gift must not contain obscene, offensive, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to remove or amend messages that, in our opinion, do not comply with these requirements.

Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the purchase price of your order. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, nor for failure to deliver your order due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including, but not limited to, adverse weather, accidents, or disruptions to transport).

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, or fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
